We have been fortunate to live in our wonderful city, Colorado Springs, since 1984. Originally from the mid-west, our family loves Colorado Springs, all it has to offer and have a great appreciation for the Colorado lifestyle.

Our clients are our top priority and we strive to provide honest and personal real estate advice and services.  As a mother and daughter team with over 49 years combined experience, we are privileged to consistently be top producing agents in the city and have helped thousands of buyers and sellers throughout Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas.

Cindy was licensed in 1992 and has since been a respected and successful agent in Colorado Springs.  While a part of national franchises for years, Cindy received production awards annually as a top producer within the company and on a national and local level.  

Joy followed in her mother’s footsteps and was licensed and joined Cindy in 2001, creating The Constantino Rubley Group.  Joy was fortunate to shadow Cindy and have a true mentor by her side for years.  Joy's efforts, dedication and down to earth approach is a big piece of their continued success.  

After 20 years in the real estate industry Joy earned her Employing & Managing Real Estate Broker license.  Together, Cindy and Joy decided being independent brokers would give them more control over their business and allow them to better serve their clients.  Their boutique firm, Colorado Living, Real Estate focuses on helping individuals and families with any real estate needs.  Additionally, with a vast amount of resources and contacts, they are able to help clients anywhere in Colorado.  

Throughout the years, Cindy and Joy learned how each they individually and collectively best service each client. They work together, in a balanced fashion, always prioritizing their client's needs.  They have invaluable experience from years in the industry, in varying markets and at times, very strained economic conditions. These experiences were vital in helping Cindy and Joy learn to adapt business and market strategies that directly impact their clients.
